Our Craft
Every POTHEADS piece begins as a ball of raw earth and ends as a conversation starter. Our artisans throw each form by hand on traditional wheels, pressing their intentions into every curve and ridge.
We use locally sourced stoneware clay and fire at high temperatures to achieve the characteristic matte softness our glazes are known for. The slight variations you notice are not flaws — they are the artist's fingerprints.

A Glimpse Into Our Studio
Yes — every single piece is hand-thrown on a potter's wheel or hand-sculpted by our artisans. No two pieces are identical. Minor variations in glaze, texture, and form are hallmarks of authentic handcraft, not defects.
All our glazes are lead-free and food-safe, fired at high temperatures to ensure durability and safety. Planters with drainage holes are meant for plants only — not for serving food.
We love custom commissions. Write to us with your vision and we'll share timelines and pricing. Custom pieces typically take 3–5 weeks from confirmation to delivery.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner. Deliveries typically take 5–7 business days within India.

Every POTHEADS piece is wrapped in recycled kraft paper and nestled in biodegradable cushioning. Our boxes are made from 80% post-consumer recycled material. We believe beautiful things deserve responsible packaging.
Ceramics require extra love in transit. Each piece is double-boxed with custom-fitted inserts and passes a drop-simulation test before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, we make it right — see our Returns policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Simply reach out with your order number and reason, and we'll handle the rest.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Wipe surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For planters, empty and dry the saucer regularly to prevent water staining. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals — they can dull the glaze over time.
Our matte glazes develop a subtle patina with age — a quality we celebrate. To preserve the colour depth, keep pieces out of extended direct sunlight. A little fade over years is the piece telling its story.
Our planters have drainage holes to prevent root rot. Always use a saucer. Water-loving plants may cause mineral deposits on the exterior over time — clean gently with a diluted white vinegar solution and rinse thoroughly.
